My Costco List

1.Rao tomato sauce

This is my go-to pasta and pizza sauce. It's got a really good ingredient list and is delicious. Comes in a pack of two!

2. bath tissue

One of the jokes in my family is my awesome Aunt Sandy comes all the way from Virginia just to get out toilet paper- from Costco! She swears it's the softest she's ever felt, and I trust her.

3. cashews

When Johnny and I switched to Whole 30 last year we had to eliminate all processed food and dairy from our diet. I found new ways to create that creamy "cheesy" texture in dishes. I learned that cashews, after soaking to soften, make an incredible sauce when blended with water. Buy there here in bulk! (unsalted)

4. Maple syrup

This organic syrup comes in a large container that doesn't get gummy/sticky over time. We use this for our weekend pancake mornings and as a sweetener in smoothies.

5. Almond butter

I love peanut butter but opt for this almond butter when I want a slightly different flavor. You don't have to stir it much when you first open and it remains a smooth consistency; it doesn't harden like some peanut buttera do when in the fridge.

6. coconut rolls

Coconut rolls are one of my favorite snacks. The ingredients are good and they have a nice crunch. I also pack them in my kids' lunches for something different than our normal Pirate Booty or Veggie Straws.

7. walnuts

I eat walnuts most every morning in my oatmeal but I also use them in baked goods, so I like having this large bag on hand.

8. collagen

I've tried a few different brands, but this one is my favorite because it truly is tasteless and dissolves very easily in my morning coffee. Watch for when it goes on sale.

9. Chosen mayo

Declan eats the exact same thing for lunch every day: turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo. This is one of the healthiest brands I've found that he enjoys, and it comes in the bigger container so we don't have to replenish as often.

10. olive oil

There so many olive oil brands on the market, but this avocado oil has been a favorite. This is my go-to for cooking, baking, and salad desssing. Again, love the large container since we go through it so quickly.

11. avocado cups

I like avocados but they go bad quickly. These individual avocado cups are great for Mexican night, avocado toast, or even as a side for your toddler. I keep them frozen and then pull out a few at a time and place in my fridge as needed.

12. Kerrygold butter

This is the only butter I buy now. The Costco version comes in two large blocks (so essentially 4 sticks of butter). Love the taste. We buy the unsalted.

13. Naan bread

Friday is pizza night and while I do make my own crust sometimes or we buy out, these Naan breads are easy and I almost always have them in the freezer. You can get the individual or larger size. They go from frozen to baked in minutes.

14. Greek yogurt

I always get a tub of this whole milk Greek yogurt when I shop at Costco. It's creamy and great with a little honey, or I use it as a base in my smoothies.

15. Hemp seeds

My favorite snack is toast with peanut butter, honey, banana, and hemp seeds. The hemp seeds add extra protein and have a nice nutty flavor. I also add them to smoothies.
